Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of SocialPro / Social Publisher, a social media publishing workspace operated by ТОВ «Смарт Інфосервіс» (the “Company”, “we”, “us”).
Effective date: September 16, 2026
Service operator: ТОВ «Смарт Інфосервіс»
Support and service inquiries: smartsitepro@gmail.com
1. The service
SocialPro provides a private WordPress-based workspace for authorized administrators to manage clients, connect social accounts, upload original media, prepare captions, select publication settings and schedule approved content. A background queue records publishing progress, results and failures.
Available integrations include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Actual availability depends on the selected integration, platform approval, account eligibility, granted permissions and hosting configuration. We are an independent service and do not claim endorsement by these platforms.
2. Eligibility and authorized access
You must have the legal capacity to use the service and the authority to manage the accounts and content you provide. If you act for an organization or another account holder, you confirm that you have their permission. Workspace access is limited to administrators authorized by the Company.
Protect your WordPress login, social accounts and administrator access. Do not share access with unauthorized people or submit someone else's credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or an incorrect account connection. Use each platform's official authorization screen to grant access; the publishing integrations do not require you to provide social account passwords to the Company.
3. Connected accounts and permissions
Connecting a social account authorizes the service to use the permissions granted through that platform to identify the account, retrieve supported publishing settings, submit content you approve and check publication status. Supported refresh tokens may be used to maintain this authorization while the connection remains active.
Select the intended client and account carefully. You may disconnect an account in the workspace and revoke the application grant through the platform's account settings. A shared platform grant may affect multiple connected accounts when revoked. Permissions may expire or be withdrawn, requiring reconnection.
4. Your content and publishing approval
You retain your rights to the content you provide. You grant the Company the limited permission necessary to store, process, display within the authorized workspace and transmit that content to your selected platforms for the service you request. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Platform processing and distribution are governed by their own terms.
You are responsible for having the rights and lawful grounds to distribute your videos, images, music, captions and any personal information they contain. Obtain necessary permissions from rights holders and identifiable people. Do not submit content that violates law, another person's rights or a platform's policies.
Before publishing or scheduling, review the media, caption, destination account, timing, privacy, audience, interaction settings, commercial disclosures and AI-content disclosures. Required consent and platform confirmations must be completed. For TikTok, this includes the applicable Music Usage Confirmation and, where relevant, Branded Content Policy. Scheduling authorizes later delivery of the approved content and settings; queued snapshots may retain the version approved when the job was created.
5. Public media and publication visibility
Uploaded media files have publicly accessible URLs so social platforms can download them. Anyone who obtains such a URL may be able to access the original file, even before publication. Restricting workspace access or choosing a private destination does not make the original media URL private. Do not upload confidential material that must remain inaccessible on the public web.
The destination platform determines processing, moderation and final visibility. Other people may copy or share published content. We cannot control the platform's independent actions or remove copies held by other people.
6. Scheduling, processing and service availability
A scheduled time is a requested delivery time, not a guarantee that a post will appear at that exact moment. Delivery depends on background task execution, network connectivity, file accessibility, valid authorization, platform quotas, processing and moderation. The platform may delay, reject, restrict or remove content.
Inspect the actual job status and platform result. If the outcome of a request is uncertain, the service may perform status reconciliation rather than automatically create another post. Confirm the external result before manually submitting the same content again. Cancellation or disconnection cannot reliably stop content already accepted by a platform.
Maintenance, security incidents, configuration changes or platform API changes may interrupt the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular audience reach or guaranteed publication. No provision in these Terms excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to impersonate others, publish unlawful or infringing content, send spam, conduct fraud, harvest data without authority, interfere with security or gain unauthorized access. Do not use the service to bypass platform approval requirements, account restrictions, rate limits, privacy controls or content moderation.
You must follow the current terms and policies of each destination platform, including TikTok's integration and content rules, Meta's Facebook and Instagram rules, and Google's YouTube rules. The existence of an integration does not grant an exemption from those rules.
8. Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy describes account information, authorization credentials, uploaded media, publication records, retention, sharing and your data choices. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to revoke access and request removal of stored service data.
Disconnecting clears local authorization credentials and cancels waiting jobs; it does not automatically erase all client records, media or publication history. Content already published must be removed through the relevant social platform. Send data requests to smartsitepro@gmail.com, identifying the relevant account without including passwords, app secrets or access tokens.
9. Suspension and ending access
You may stop using the service, cancel waiting jobs where supported and disconnect accounts. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to address unauthorized use, security concerns, violations of these Terms or platform requirements. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the reason and the steps needed to restore access.
Ending workspace access does not itself delete published posts or all stored service data. Use the deletion request process for applicable stored records. Any separate service agreement with the Company continues to govern its own scope, payment and termination arrangements.
10. Software and third-party services
WordPress, plugins and bundled components remain subject to their applicable software licenses. These Terms do not restrict rights granted under an open-source license. Third-party hosting, social platforms and other independently supplied services are governed by their own agreements and policies.
11. Changes and applicable rights
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, platform requirements or applicable law. The revised effective date will appear on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek agreement before applying a material change. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
Please contact us first to resolve questions or complaints. Any dispute and applicable remedies are subject to the governing law and mandatory jurisdiction rules that apply to the relationship; these Terms do not impose a waiver of mandatory consumer or data protection rights.
